Dennis Hatch Christen has dedicated more than 45 years to excellence in film, television, and humanitarian work. A U.S. Army veteran who served as a Nuclear Weapons Technician in South Korea, he launched his creative career with the publication of Rape? Not Me!! (1975)—a groundbreaking and controversial work at a time when sexual violence was rarely discussed publicly, which led to an international lecture tour on women’s self-defense and empowerment. He later rose to prominence as a star of South Korea’s hit sitcom A High School Student’s Diary, appearing in more than 640 television and film productions across twelve countries. He made history as the first foreign actor named among Korea TV Guide’s 50 Most Popular Entertainers and accepted into the Korea Television Actor Association. His acclaimed role in the multi-award-winning epic The Eyes of Dawn and his Best New Director win at Korea’s Grand Bell Awards (the nation’s equivalent of the Academy Awards) for Soldiers of Innocence helped open Korean cinema to global audiences. Mr. Christen also served as Assistant Director for the Cannon Group film Field of Honor and later co-founded Theafilm Distribution Network, Inc., pioneering a new model for independent film distribution. He expanded that vision through Cinema Night and the School Distribution Network, supported by the National PTA, helping schools raise vital funds through film screenings. A producer, author, and innovator, he created Madam, the Grass Is High and the Lundon’s Bridge series. In 2014, he became one of the three original founding members of the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA, Inc., where he continues to serve as Trustee, advancing the foundation’s global humanitarian mission through creativity, education, and cultural diplomacy.

Stephen Sobisky brings over 36 years of experience in visual effects, 3D modeling, and multimedia production, bridging the entertainment, technology, and public-service sectors. As Founder and CEO of Sandman Studios Entertainment, he has led award-winning creative teams delivering Academy Award–winning and nominated productions including Titanic, Independence Day, Armageddon, Mission: Impossible, Shrek, and Batman & Robin. Under his leadership, Sandman Studios has become a full-service creative agency providing cutting-edge solutions for Disney, DreamWorks, Warner Bros., Paramount, Sony, Universal, and leading Fortune 500 brands. Mr. Sobisky’s expertise spans film, broadcast, animation, and game development, with credits on more than 70 major feature films and television projects. Beyond entertainment, he serves as Deputy Director of Honor365, Board Member for The Honor Network, and Board Member for The American Legion, supporting programs that honor veterans and first responders. Dr. Jay Laurence Call brings over three decades of leadership in finance, healthcare, business development, and community service. He currently serves as a Financial Advisor with Arista Wealth Management and as Chief Organizational Officer of the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFi-USA), a position he has held since January 2017. A graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science (1986) and of Creighton University School of Dentistry (1990), Dr. Call practiced dentistry for more than 20 years, founding and operating multiple successful dental practices in Anchorage and Juneau, Alaska. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Call is a founder and co-owner of Riverbend Sports Complex and Event Center, where he serves as President, overseeing large-scale operations and community events. Deeply committed to civic and youth development, he has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years, serving on the Western Region Executive Board and multiple regional and national committees since 2013. He also serves on the Board of Directors for C-It Entertainment. Dr. Call and his wife, Paula, are proud parents of four children and remain dedicated to advancing leadership, service, and humanitarian excellence through both their personal and professional endeavors.

As the longtime host and producer of the syndicated program Hollywood Insider on the USA Network, she became one of the most trusted voices in entertainment journalism. Beyond her work in television, Mrs. King is the founder of Ora.TV, where she conceived and co-founded the Emmy-winning program Larry King Now, continuing her family’s legacy of intelligent, global media. She also served as Chairman of the Larry King Cardiac Foundation, where her leadership was transformative—expanding the foundation’s national footprint through new hospital partnerships, innovative fundraising initiatives, and high-profile awareness campaigns. Under her direction, the foundation dramatically increased its capacity to provide life-saving cardiac procedures to uninsured and underinsured patients across the United States, while also funding over 100,000 heart screenings for children and adults. Paul Karl Engemann is a legendary American record executive, producer, and artist manager whose six-decade career helped shape the landscape of modern popular music. He joined Warner Bros. Records in its first year, producing the label’s first Top 10 hit, “Kookie, Kookie (Lend Me Your Comb),” before rising to Vice President of A&R at Capitol Records, where he was instrumental in developing some of the label’s most iconic artists, including The Beach Boys, Bob Seger, Joe South, Grand Funk Railroad, The Lettermen, Glen Campbell, Anne Murray, Cannonball Adderley, and Lou Rawls, among others. As part of Capitol’s team which collaborated to bring the Beatles to the United States, he personally accepted their Grammy Award from Henry Mancini on the group’s behalf. Following his Capitol tenure, Mr. Engemann managed The Osmond Family, serving as Marie Osmond’s personal manager for nearly four decades, and was instrumental in the founding of Children’s Miracle Network Foundation, which has raised over $9 billion and serves more than 12 million children annually. He now brings this extraordinary legacy of leadership, creativity, and humanitarian service to his role as a Member of the Board of the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFi-USA).

William (Bill) Ince is a Certified Public Accountant, business manager, and licensed financial advisor with over 40 years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, and wealth management. A graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S., Business Administration and Finance), he became a Partner at KPMG Peat Marwick (formerly Peat Marwick Main), where he advised major clients in oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit sectors, including CPI, Tom Brown Inc., Douglas & Lomason, and The Budd Company. He later served as Chief Financial Officer for firms in the manufacturing and software industries, overseeing fiduciary compliance and the management of 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing plans. Mr. Ince has also been a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Companyand holds insurance licenses in Utah and California. Since 2014, he has supported the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFi-USA) with financial oversight and now serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, contributing his expertise in audit integrity, fiscal governance, and long-term strategic planning. A former Centerville City Councilman and Eagle Scout, Mr. Ince exemplifies disciplined financial leadership and a lifelong commitment to ethical public service.

Dan Katzman brings over 38 years of experience in film, television, and commercial production, with extensive expertise as a Director, Producer, and Production Executive managing high-profile projects for major studios including Universal, Paramount, 20th Century Fox, and Sony Pictures. His feature film credits include box office and critically successful titles such as Happy Death Day, Stuart Little 2, Roots, Don’t Say a Word, Down With Love, The Tax Collector, Jay & Silent Bob Reboot, and Mr. Church, among many others. Mr. Katzman has also served as First Assistant Director on numerous network and cable television series including The Man Show, Pacific Blue, VIP, Silk Stalkings, Profiler, and Sweet Valley High. Known for his ability to coordinate large-scale production logistics, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead diverse creative teams, Mr. Katzman’s extensive experience bridges both creative and operational disciplines. As an Advisor to the Board of the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFi-USA), he brings executive-level production management and global project oversight to the foundation’s expanding portfolio of humanitarian and media initiatives.

Edmund C. King, Jr. is a seasoned financial executive and turnaround specialist with nearly three decades of senior management experience across healthcare, manufacturing, entertainment, and telecommunications. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for multiple public and private organizations ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion in annual revenues, guiding companies through complex start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and refinancing initiatives. Mr. King has also owned and operated both non-profit and for-profit hospitals, bringing extensive expertise in healthcare finance, hospital operations, and strategic restructuring. He has successfully led several major corporate turnarounds, including Downey Regional Medical and Hawaiian Gardens Hospital, and has completed numerous mergers, vendor negotiations, and liquidation analyses. Mr. King holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He now applies his broad financial, operational, and leadership experience as an Advisor to the Board of the Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA (POFi-USA), contributing his expertise to the foundation’s mission of sustainable global humanitarian advancement.

As President and Inventor-in-Chief of Lash Duet, LLC, she leads the research, development, and commercialization of her groundbreaking dual-brush mascara applicator set to revolutionize the global mascara industry. For nearly 25 years, Lisa was a key member of Marie Osmond’s management team, serving as Creative Director, Brand Manager, and Vice President of the Marie Osmond Collectible Doll Line. Under her creative direction, the line achieved more than $300 million in sales on QVC. Together with Marie, Lisa was also privileged to work with The Children’s Miracle Network, helping advance its mission to serve over 12 million children annually and raise more than $9 billion for children’s hospitals.
