The Trust
The Modesto Asuncion Ancheta Trust (“MAAT”), a Nevada-based corporation, has been established and maintained for the purpose of advancing humanitarian programs and initiatives within the United States of America and around the world. It is important to understand that this trust is a Foundation Trust and not a Living or a Family Trust, nor is it a Business Trust.

Appointment of Trustee
a. The court appointed Trustee of this Trust is Mr. Dennis Hatch Christen.
b. The Trustee has responsibilities to:

• Manage and administer the assets of the Trust.
• Ensure proper accounting and fiduciary stewardship of all funds held by the Trust.
• Disburse to designated beneficiaries the amounts approved and directed by the Executor.

Appointment of Executor
a. The Executor of the Trust shall be Pineapple-Orange Foundation USA, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Utah and is the party responsible to carry out the humanitarian programs in accordance with the Trust’s objectives.
b. The Executor shall, through its Board of Directors, exercise sole authority to:

• Identify, evaluate, and select prospective beneficiaries of the Trust’s humanitarian grants.
• Determine the nature, scope, and monetary amount of grants to be awarded.
• Allocate Trust funds exclusively for humanitarian purposes, in accordance with the Trust’s objectives.

Trust Account
a. The Trust shall maintain its primary account with Barclays Bank, United Kingdom (“Trust Account”).
b. All distributions to humanitarian beneficiaries, as directed by the Executor, shall be made from the Trust Account by the Trustee.

Independence of Roles
a. The Executor and the Trustee shall be independent of one another and shall exercise their respective powers without interference.
b. The Executor shall have no authority to access or manage the Trust Account.
c. The Trustee shall have no authority to determine beneficiaries or the amounts of humanitarian grants.

Cooperation and Oversight
The Executor and the Trustee shall act in good faith and in coordination to ensure the orderly administration of the Trust, with the Executor serving as the decision-making authority on grants and the Trustee serving as the fiduciary custodian responsible for distribution of funds.
